A young fella starts work in a tyre factory and on his first day he is called up to the managers office where the manager tells him he is to be the new Plant manager. The kid is shocked and delighted, all at the same time and he says, "that's fantastic, can I phone my mum and tell her?" The manager says sure! Then the kid asks what he has to do as manager and the boss replies, "just water them in the morning and before you leave at night." Boom, Boom!!!!
