Can someone tell me, if you have a USB TV tuner such as Asus - U3100 do you also need a PCI tuner card as well?

i far as i know it's plug and play. have you installed any drivers for it from asus?

After hearing that I would need an outside antenna to watch HDTV on my computer I decided to give it a miss.
The antenna thing is local and doesn't normally apply but apparently there are problems reported in Perth WA, so I've lost interest.
