Problem with my e.mails being rejected by some recipients. Some say my IP address is sending too much spam, another says the message looks like spam. How can this be resolved, bearing in mind that I'm only semi computer literate. HELP.

it just may be possible from that message that you could have a mailing virus or simply that some of your contacts have full in boxes.
it would be wise to go HERE and follow the instructions there. it is a lot simpler than it first appears. should you get stuck or confused please ask, as they are very willing to help one to one. and on one occasion used remote control to help a member here. they are very understanding and will help for as long as it takes ;)
