Hi All I have a friend that is trying to register with the Home but he cant get the confermation code accepted can anyone help

Lots of people have problems with the confirmation code mainly because it is case sensitive, i.e. some letters are capitol and some are lower case and that is how they must be entered, if it is a capitol “A” you enter a capitol “A” and if it is a lower case “a” you must enter a lower case ”a”.

The main thing when registering is to remember the computer is programmed and if it says something is wrong then it is wrong and the user must try again.
